The beds were super comfortable. Each room was tastefully decorated and equipped with a safe, TV, and a mini fridge bar. - the service was excellent. - the pool was lovely. - the hotel was in a central location close to the pier and adjacent to Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, Pompei, and Ischia island.

The hotel staff is ATTENTIVE and reasonably good. The location is stunning with a free parking onsite.

The breakfast was plentiful, we would love to return. The staff was very very helpful and top-class and everything was really good. Booked a room with fantastic views at sunset. A safe, TV set, and a mini fridge bar were much appreciated. The hotel had an amazing location down to the pier.

The hotel is located a bit far from the pier, about 15 minutes away by taxi. One reviewer mentioned that the owner of the hotel even drove them down to the pier when they couldn't find a taxi or bus. This shows that the staff are helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist guests.

The wifi at the hotel was reported to be very poor, working only on the terrace and not in the rooms.

Incredible service, staff went above and beyond. Beautiful views, especially of Capri and Ischia. Fantastic pool. Excellent meals prepared by a top-tier chef. Definitely plan on coming back.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of Villa Eliana, especially the beautiful terraces adorned with flowers. It created a soothing and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior. The staff at the hotel were like caring children, always attentive and helpful. I truly felt taken care of during my stay.

If I had to find one small drawback, it would be the lack of handrails or support in certain areas of the hotel. It would have been even more comfortable for senior guests like myself if there were more handrails or assistance available, especially in areas such as the pool or stairs.
